New Wave Limousine operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience, making it even easier when scheduling an airport transfer, should an emergency arise or last minute transportation be needed.  We utilize FlightAware airline tracking software, which allows us to track the status of your flight in real-time in order to minimize your wait time at the airport with those early arrivals or unexpected flight delays.  Additionally, our airport transfer service also includes a custom "Meet & Greet" service, upon arrival at the airport.

*Airport Transfer Service rates include: Sales Tax (7.50%), if applicable, but does not include Airport Permits (if applicable), or Gratuity, unless requested at the time of reservation.

• All pick-ups and drop-offs are conducted at ONE (1) DESIGNATED LOCATION; an additional pick-up and/or drop-off location(s) can be arranged but will incur an additional travel surcharge.

• An "Early Bird Surcharge" ($15 for SUVs; $30 for Limousines; $50 for Charter Buses) applies to Airport Transfers scheduled between 12:00am and 7:00am.

• Travel surcharge(s) apply to any pick-up or drop-off requiring travel time to or from our office in excess of forty-five (45) minutes.

• "Wait Time" or "Overtime Surcharge(s)" shall apply to Airport Transfer services exceeding their originally scheduled pick-up time by thirty (30) minutes.  To avoid "Wait Time" or "Overtime Surcharges", we kindly ask that any flight changes be communicated to our office in a timely fashion to ensure we are tracking the correct flight and its status.
